Our Ideal Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, energetic & creative problem solver who can thrive in a fast paced and changing environment. They will be responsible for conducting market research, developing business strategies, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.To be successful in this role, they should be highly motivated, organized and results-driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Expansion: Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and contacting potential clients to establish rapport, and arranging meetings
  • Staying Updated: Monitor/Evaluate industry trends and customer needs and meet regularly with management/stakeholders to discuss a plan of action
  • Process Improvement: Establish and implement new business development strategies, sales processes & best practices across the company
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term relationships with new and already existing clients
  • Data Driven: Track all progress, maintain a database and report back to stakeholders
  • Support: Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of work experience in sales, business development or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & familiarity with any CRM software
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
