Our Ideal Candidate-
Would lead the sales team with a focus to grow enterprise deals. This person will be instrumental in defining the sales strategy for certain geographies and execute the same to meet the individual, team and organizational goals.
Responsibilities-
- Work with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales and growth metrics.
- Create quarterly forecasts against established targets and contribute to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth.
- Build a 4X pipeline to ensure successful achievement of ARR targets.
- Understand the communication needs of enterprise customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs.
- Articulate path to closure and key tactical steps for all deals.
- Prepare sales proposals, agreements to ensure timely sales closures.
- Managing the sales team to help drive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular deals.
- Responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to develop collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, technical documents etc.
- Represent the company across industry events and conferences.
Requirements-
- 4-7 years of B2B/Enterprise software sales and 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Experience leading sales and operations in a high-growth environment across a range of customer segments.
- Ability to hire, train and mentor a high-performance team.
- Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry leaders.
- Demonstrated passion for fast paced startups and new technology businesses.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized & hands-on.
