Our ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate is someone who has demonstrated people leadership and has an immense hunger to make a significant impact.This position is responsible for scaling and accelerating the sales volume profitably in UAE region and other identified markets to develop product and brand image.
What you will do
- Own P&L for UAE region.
- Maintain a healthy customer pipeline of enterprise clients across all categories (small, mid & large) that achieve assigned sales OKR and targets.
- Hire, lead, and grow the sales team of 3-4 people with the goal of boosting revenue streams.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual accounts and market progress towards weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with other teams internally ( in India) to ensure that sales goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Accurately forecast the expected revenue.
- Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with partner teams, prospects, customers & clients in various geographies.
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competitive threats, and the opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending product offerings.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales.
- Should have 5 years of experience in managing a 5-7 members team.
- Strong analytical skills and result focused approach with the flexibility to wear multiple hats in a start-up environment.
- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed.
- Hands-on experience on account management CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and similar.
- Ability to work with aggressive targets and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock.
