  • Timely closure of monthly books & reporting MIS to management.
  • Vendor balance reconciliation & initiating vendor payment processing as per due dates.
  • Responsible for managing various functions such as monthly closing, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L Analysis.
  • Preparation of the budget ,financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Accurate and timely completion and publishing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Oversee payroll functions.
  • Employee asset Management & company petty cash management.
  • Verification of vendor invoices by matching with agreed terms in PO & contract ensuring that invoices are processed as applicable and discrepancies are communicated appropriately.
  • Manage & be responsible for accounts payable, receivables, procurement, billing, etc.
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
  • Report any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities.
  • Adhere to the  organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.


  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Commerce or related field
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced with Quickbooks and Xero for book- keeping.
  • Well versed with excel.
  • Strong due diligence and confidentiality traits.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong financial documentation and presentation skills.
